Reservoir Emergency Debris & Hazardous Material Removal

Emergency storm cleanup. Project consisted of retrieval and removal of potentially hazardous waste and debris from five reservoirs in the Catskills Mountain Park of Upstate New York resulting from Hurricane Irene.  The work ranged from small crews working on the shoreline to large barges on the reservoir with heavy equipment and cranes.  All waste removed was sorted, categorized and disposed of by Hazardous Waste Consultants.  All tree debris removed from impacted reservoirs and waterways was transported to local facilities and chipped to prevent the spread of potential invasive insect species such as the Emerald Ash Borer.
