World Trade Center Campus Security

As part of the final phase of the reconstruction of the World Trade Center following the terrorist attack of September 11, 2001, Tully Construction Company has been working to install and deploy the World Trade Center Campus Security plan for the NYCDDC in conjunction with the New York City Police Department and the Port Authority of NY & NJ. The scope of the project is to establish secure vehicle entry and exit points in and out of the now opened World Trade Center (1 World Trade Center – The Freedom Tower), by installing vehicle scales, vehicle arrest devices, bollards, inspection booths and CCTV cameras. This project also involves the installation of city utilities: sewer/water mains and street lighting; rehabilitation of the roadway, sidewalk and curb; and re-location of private utilities in and around the security zones to facilitate installation of new security features for the WTC complex.
